Shipping Process

Products are shipped directly by the supplier to the customer.

The courier or transport company used for the shipment is selected by PieseAutomatizari.ro.

The transport cost is charged to the customer by the courier and is calculated individually for each offer.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time depends on the product:

Products available in stock 15 days
Specially procured products 45 days

The price, product availability and delivery time may change before the commercial offer is definitively accepted.

If the requested product is no longer available when the offer is being prepared, the customer is informed and an alternative product is proposed.

Partial Deliveries

Depending on the individual order, delivery may be made in multiple shipments.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

Communication with the customer and the management of situations involving delivery delays, lost shipments or parcels damaged during transport are handled by PieseAutomatizari.ro.

Request for Quotation and Order Confirmation

Submitting a request for quotation only confirms that the request has been received.

A request for quotation:

  • does not reserve the product.
  • does not confirm the order.

An order becomes firm upon the customer’s written acceptance of the commercial offer.

Commercial offers are valid for 15 days
